did you guys wear or did you know anyone who wore uniforms for school? this is of course for REASONS or, alternatively, for SCIENCE
Canadian here (Ontario), went to a Catholic school and wore a uniform. AFAIK all Catholic schools in my district had uniforms, public schools: civies.
what were they like, if you don’t mind my asking?
Don’t mind at all- Uniform had to be bought from this one company specifically. For guys (since I’m hoping this is for fic reasons haha ;) white polo or dress shirt (optional tie) with black pants. Unfortunately no sexy blazers at my school, just v-neck sweaters.
And girls for completeness sake: same white polo or dress shirt, option of kilt (+ knee socks) or black pants. Luckily our main school colour was blue so it was nothing too garish/ugly, but also kind of boring.
(Will differ by school obv, but dress code was held… not /strict/.. but nobody dressed Gossip Girl style all-out, everyone pretty much looked the same :)
